| What if I have a problem with downloading or opening the book? |
|
Problems associated with the downloading/opening of the ebook are rare but have occurred. Just call me at 515-473-8658 if you have questions or experience difficulty.
Your call will not go
to a "call center" or to some poorly informed employee -- your call
will go directly to me. Don't be afraid to call either, I want to help
and will be happy to hear from you.

I am too! That’s why I chose PayPal and 2Checkout as
the authorized, secure retailer's for this web site. Both companies use
the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) and both are

| Is your ebook pertinent to those considering attending a Non-ABA school? |
|
Yes. The traditional legal
education track in the United States is geared towards graduates, and
those who will soon graduate, from accredited U.S. four year colleges
and universities interested in attending a U.S. ABA (American Bar
Association) approved law school. That said, all U.S. law schools
(whether accredited by the ABA or not) teach common law legal
principles -- the same principles discussed in my book.
However, if you are considering
attending a non-ABA approved law school take heed! You need to
understand that the great majority of states will not allow you to sit
for their Bar Exam (that means you will not be able to become a lawyer
in that state!).

| When will I receive the ebook? |
| Immediately after the ordering process is completed. |

No. The ebook (file size 536KB) is an easy download using dial-up (about 4-7 minutes) or broadband (about 30 seconds).

| No. The book is currently available only in electronic format. |

No, unless you consider Adobe
Acrobat Reader "special software". Your computer is probably already
loaded with Acrobat Reader. But, I provide you with a thorough and easy
to use Wizard at checkout that will ensure that you have the right
software. The Wizard is effortless and easy to use no matter what level
of computer skills you possess.
